We’re Here to Help: Easy 14‑Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
• Email us through the contact page with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping details.
Damages & issues
• Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days and include photos or a short video so we can make it right quickly.
Exchanges
• Want a different size or style? Send the original item back once approved, and then place a new order for the piece you want.
Refunds
• After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Final sale items
• Personalized and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
